Project - WEEDIT
Rometron asked us to make a custom arcade machine for their WEEDIT precision spraying technology, used for advanced spraying of crops. Their goal was to showcase it on their stand on the Agritechnica fair in Hannover Germany, the biggest agricultural fair for machinery and technology in the world.
It was an excellent way to attract people, and it got quite a lot of attention.
The game on the machine featured:
Day-night cycle while playing to simulate dark environments for the spray system
Infinite scroller gameplay, no end to the game unless you lose
Leaderboard of best-performing players with names
Custom models and logos of the WEEDIT spraying system sensors and accessories in-game
Accurate game-over data about how much money you saved when using WEEDIT compared to conventional solutions
